Mod seems to work well in v1.1.2.
I have put mod it in city of 30k Cims where I had "abandoned buildings" to tens, just like "high rent", and practically they have disappeared. Now are 35k cims.
Previously, I have seen the small typical waves of mod: level update in "residential low density".

If your police stations are too spread out, the low density residential rent issue will persist; so each neighborhood you start will need to have close proximity to a police station, even if the police infoview doesn't indicate the need for one.

An example of ideal proximity is one station for each island on the Sunshine Peninsula map will need to be placed to avoid having your low density complain about high rent and abandon. I'd estimate 1 station for every 2-3km solves the low density high rent issue. My founding low density neighborhood and two following I'd built would have a couple low density with 2k rent while their direct adjacent neighbors had 400-600 rent after I built the missing station on the next island over, their 2k rent fell in line with their adjacent neighbors.

Its really annoying how the police infoview will tell you everything is fine but you have stations with 0 cars in use (some with all 12) and citizens saying the rent is high when its the sparse layout of police stations somehow causing high rent and the only way to know is trying a solution from a 6 month old post that fixes the issue, whether you're using this mod or not.

Thanks to the author of this mod. Between the police issue above and questionable implementation of land value, its the only way to realize the "If you can dream it, you can build it" because otherwise your citizens will abandon low density for high density skyscrapers only to then complain and abandon over a -16 small homes debuff.

Hello,
After using this mod my extractor industries do not level up. They stay at LV1 as there is 0 land value and rent is also 0. What can I do to upgrade the industries. I am also using economy rebalance. I removed it but the issue remains, when I remove this mod the issue is gone.

Attention everyone:
This mod is designed to address the unreasonable updates in the 2024.4 release. The latest game version has already fixed the previous economic issues, so this mod is not needed to solve the previous problems.
This mod is based on an outdated version for repair and optimization, and it is unclear whether the latest version is still applicable and may have unknown impacts. Do not use (or use with caution) this mod.
