Lannisters going east?

I started the Clash of Kings scenario as one oh the Baratheons and gained the Iron throne as Stannis. I imprisoned most of the Lannisters (Cersei, Tyrion and Lancel). In prison they now have the flag of the "Lordship of Father´s Hill" attached to them. When I release them they will go there instead of going to Casterly Rock. Happend several times. Is this WAD or a bug?

Off-topic but how could you release them as Stannis ? It is just inappropriate, they should have been burned alive.

Well, I like Tyrion (in the books as well as in the HBO adaption), and I wondered what series of events would happen when I release him. And I wondered why they had the Lordship of Father´s Hill CoA.
I also had Joffrey, Tommen, Myrcella and Tyrek imprisoned. They had the Iron Throne CoA attached to them while at the dungeon and stayed at Court in the Red Keep after being released. They became courtiers of mine.
 
Myrcella and Tommen are both chilling in Tyrosh since Stannis won (even though Tywin retains all his titles, and Tommen is his heir). Their parents and uncle are all dead (Tyrion and Cersei due to Stannis, Jamie died of plague while remaining Lord Commander). Joffrey is literally chilling at the Wall.

Sorry, I don´t have a save, and it doesn´t seem to be reproducable. When I started a new one, Cersei & Co all had the Lannister CoA. If it ever happens again, I´ll save that savefile.

On my save the Lannister's had 3 kings at the same time. King of the Iron Throne, King of Mereen and King of Astapor + I was playing as Andals and many Lannisters started showing up in my Court for some reason. At the most I had 4-5 Lannisters there.
