Any idea where I can get this outfit? Can't find it for my Jaina Proudmoore knock off and it's driving me nuts.

The dress itself is available as one of the options for Reaver leaders, but it doesn't have the same cape. The cape is unfortunately not available for custom characters. Unfortunately there's several assets that are restricted to pre-made characters, which is really a bummer considering the game isn't exactly overflowing with clothing or hairstyle options. Generally when you select a premade character in the faction selection and it's not possible to edit them, then they have some asset (or several) that's not available for custom-characters.

Thank you for this. Are there any mods that carry cross culture assets? Reaver is probably my second to least favorite faction and thematically I’d prefer my Jaina knock off be Mystic culture. Agreed on the restrictions seeming silly when are so few as it is.

Age of Fashion does this, though you have to download individual Age of Fashion mods for each the of DLCs.
