I'm playing a campaign as France the year is around 1807 and I'm trying to fight a war but the game is brutally slow...

my processor is Ryzen 5 3600x, video card RTX 3090, 32 GB of ram..

is there anything i can try to complete my campaign i know my hardware can handle it...

Do you control a large portion of the map? If so, and you have a war meaning you have many many units on the map, you may have exceeded the capacities of the game.

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .

Thank you for the response, as a customer who paid over 400$ for all the contents for this game over the years and a loyal fan of almost 20 years being told that I've 'Exceeded the capacities of the game' is hard to swallow. I hope fixing this is a priority for the team.

here are the data files as requested

Update I believe i might of figured it out I had 4 armies in north america set on autonomous sieging with nowhere to go as the enemy owns no provinces there, seems to be much smoother now, hopefully this is a bug that can be fixed in the future!

If you still have a save which shows this issue, it might be helpful to make a bugreport about it. I have seen others post about slowdowns from autonomous sieging, but I don't know if it was ever reported.
Another thing which sometimes leads to known slowdowns in the late game are the notifications(see this bugreport). If you still have an issue after deactivating autonomous sieging for all your armies, you can try to dismiss all notifications.
