I've had Cities Skylines for a while now and when it runs it's brilliant however both recent game updates on the Xbox one have caused major issues and now I feel the game is not worth it. The game just updated again today 28/03/2019 and it crashes everytime I start a new game or load an old game, the blue bar gets 3/4 of the way across the screen then it crashes to the Xbox home acreen.... Ive rebooted the Xbox with no fix. Now I'm uninstalling/reinstalling. If it ain't working after that I may say goodbye forever. It ain't worth this much frustration. Not to mention wasted money. Fix your updates paradox you BS company!... Crap UAT performed prior to deployment.

The only way I fixed this issue last time was to delete all old saves as well as the game from xbox.. I think there is a better fix but I cant recall or find the thread...

I feel your pain...

I am having the same exact problem, there is no way in hell im deleting my saves as I have a city with well over 100,000 people I spent hours on. If paradox doesn’t fix this soon, I will uninstall cities skylines and NEVER buy a game made by paradox again. As well as write some poor reviews on it, paradox, you guys better find the source of this soon, and have it fixed, even if it means I have to wait a month for it to get fixed.

One must load the game without mods and turn off day/night cycle and weather before loading.
Kinda sucks because it means you can't use mods in your Xbox cities anymore, I'm trying to finish up a 130K circle city and this is a pain in the ass as I had loads of cat parks, American football fields and the Universal Tower thingy mod unique building is right in the centre of the city, being the tallest building and all.

Every new update brings a new problem, it's getting ridiculous.
