Gentlemen, I changed my laptop to improve CS performance (now I5 12450h RTX 3050 4gb). I installed Steam and CS but CS doesn't open. On Steam it appears running, but it doesn't open anything. I've uninstalled and installed again and it doesn't run. someone help me?

You can bypass the launcher by following these instructions:
Download the attached cities.bat.zip file
Extract from it cities.bat
Place the .bat file in your game's Steam folder (In the same place as your cities.exe)
Right click the game in your Steam library
Go to properties
Select Launch Options
Copy and Paste cities.bat %command% into the input box
X out of that screen
Run the game
