Launcher doesn't launch the game

Just bought the game off steam sunday night, tried playing it yesterday and noticed the launcher does nothing when i click 'play'. Uninstalled & reinstalled the game, verified files, tried to start it from the game files, nothing works. Should i refund it or is there a way to make it work? In case it's an issue with my PC, the specs are:

- Processor; Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver J5005 CPU @ 1.50GHz 1.50 GHz
- System Type; 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
- Graphics: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 605

I'm afraid your hardware does not meet the game's published minimum requirements:

• Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-3250 or AMD® FX 8370 (AVX support required)
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: Nvidia® GeForce™ GTX 660 (2GB) or AMD® R7 370 (2GB) or Intel® HD Graphics 630 or AMD Radeon™ Vega 8

Unless you have access to a machine that does, please seek a refund from where you bought it.
