Launcher "forgetting" which mods are active

Very often, I'll disable a mod in the launcher, then start the game, and the mod is still active in the game. This didn't start happening until recently, say a week or two ago.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes. It is quite annoying. Even after I play a session where the mod was not active, there is a small chance the next time I run the launcher, a mod will become active.
