I'm on Windows 10 64-bit, running at 2560x1440, and every time I start the game, I see a window where the launcher should be, but it's all black and has the loading icon when I mouse over it, and if I click on it I get an error message saying it has stopped responding. This happens every time, and in order to get the launcher to start properly, I have to delete both GameOverlayRenderer.dll files without restarting Steam. I have tried checking the game cache, refreshing Steam's files, running the game EXE manually, and disabling the in-game Steam overlay, and nothing else works.
