I have a simple question, does the Launcher load mods from top to bottom, or bottom to top

I would have assumed the former but I just don't know, I'm sorry.
The only time I can imagine this would matter is if you have multiple mods that modify the same thing - which sounds like a bad idea in any case! Is that the situation?

I think the load order is top to bottom

Top to bottom. So mods at the bottom will overwrite the ones up top if there is a conflict.
