launcher not working

the launcher doesn't load property and when i close it. it stays open in the background forcing me to use task manager to force close it but it always does this since today

I've seen that caused by bad or outdated mods. Please try the following:

- unsubscribe from all mods
- delete the folder Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/
- delete the file Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mods_registry.json (if present)
- delete the file Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/launcher-v2.sqlite (if present)

- subscribe to a few mods
- run the game up and see if those mods are now available to you.
