Launcher weirdness - where to post bug report or ask for tech support?

The reason I'm posting in this forum and not a game-specific forum: It happens with the launchers for CK3, Stellaris, and HOI4. Mods, if there's a better place to put this, please advise me (and feel free to move the thread if that's a thing you can do).

Now, the actual problem: Every time I load the launcher it wants me to agree to the EULA. Every. Single. Time. I have over 467 hours in CK3, played it since release, and every time it asks me to agree to the EULA again. (I don't recall offhand if this happened before I got CK3.) It happens the exact same way in Stellaris and CK3, this is despite uninstalling and reinstalling all three games at least once (given the sizes of the Steam installs, I hope never to do that again, let's just say that) and (for unrelated reasons) doing a clean reinstall of Windows 11 in the meantime.

What gives, and how can I stop the pop-up from appearing every single time?

The list of mods you see after clicking the "Upload Mod" button in the "All Installed Mods" tab doesn't seem to update when mods are renamed or removed from the mods folder.

So I have a mod X that was uploaded to the steam Workshop before being renamed to Y and uploaded as a separate mod. There is only a single folder in my mods folder, mod Y.
Both the names of X and Y are in the "Upload Mod" dropdown.
Selecting X from the upload dropdown will update Y in the workshop. Selecting Y from the dropdown uploads Y as a new mod.

This is with the Age of Wonders 4 launcher.

Would you mind starting a new thread for your issue (that does not seem to be related to the OP in any way) where you describe how to trigger the misbehaviour in a step-by-step way for our QA to have a solid repro. Also what kind of result you would expect instead, and we'll see what can be done!
