How do you make a leader for countries that don't already have any? I want to add some for Oman but it isn't available in the menu in the "leaders" section, only the "monarchs" section. Is there any way to do it?

Oooh.... I think you can go into the actual leader file to add some, but i'm not sure....
That sounds like a lot of work. I'm not very experienced at writing or editing code, so I'm afraid I'll screw something up . . .
But then I might have to add just one leader, then OMA will be in the leader editor menu, so I can do the rest there. I'll see what I can do.
Is (IGC) Oman the only leaderless country? It looks like all the rest are there.

Well, see, I'm not even experienced enough to know the difference!
But I think I can handle creating a leader for Oman, providing I can find the appropriate file.
Brittany has no leaders, I had to steal some from Russia and change the names (to Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Count Dooku, Palpatine, etc. )
