Hey guys,
Getting back into Armageddon after a long break.
Forgot the trick to get Romania to lend forces, all my other puppets and allies contribute forces but not Romania
Had her in alliance since 1941 (no exp lent)
War with usa in 1942
War with ussr in 1942 (no change)
Ussr beaten/bitter peace in 1944 (no change)
At war with turkey in 1944 (no change)
HAVE given back Bessarabia (no effect)
Any tips?

Occured to me that id been running this game for a month so...
I tried a reload, but no change
Released a bunch more puppets and Dow'd several nearby countries but besides Nat Spain no extra forces

Ps: my dissent is 18% and I noticed I have partisans going nuts now with many prov as high as 54% risk! If I get rid of the dissent will it go back down (ussr v bad too)or did I wreck bitter peace by reloading?
