Lent-Lease

Hi guys,

This is hopefully not the first time its mantioned
I am playing the USA,
everytime i save the game when i go to sleep and restart playing the next day
i get the lent-lease thingie for Nationalist-china, UK and Rusia, costing me about 13k of supplies,
so everytime i am playing i need to build up to around 13k of suply just to be able to save the game again.
if i dont agree with the lent-lease my relations suffer with that country

help me guys .. it's spoiling my game playing fun,

i would like to play for 1 hour and then save and go to bed, AND get some nice sleep....


running HOI2 clean install with 1.3A patch
no mods.
Started with the 1939 standard compain

Unfortunately, this is a side effect of the game engine.

The land-lease events are flagged as persistent, which means they can happen multiple times during a full game from start to finish, even if you don't save/reload your game.

It just seems that, when re-initializing the game engine after loading, these events go off rather quickly.

hehe .. yeah
seems to me that there is more then a patern :wacko: .

really .. when it came the firsttime .. it was in mid game
after that it always came within 2 days after opening the savegame ...

normaly @ 0:00 hours on the next day

Very anoying .. hope that somehow this can be fixed .. or better yet
make it a standerd after every 2,3 or 4 month pay the fee and warn when the next 1 comes .. and not every reload of the savegame ..



Nuf bout dad..

to much typing .. i should go back and just play the game .... restarting with russia ..
my US has no change on beating Ger ( mid 1943 and russia has lost Moscow )

If you find it really objectionable then you can edit the events yourself.
