Just when I quit last night Golden Horde decided to cut me down to size too btw. All I did was to wage two wars... tsk tsk. :p

Thing is, their navy is bigger than ours...
 
Highest taxes, no construction and we're slightly in the red. My navies are too weak, my armies that get through too few, and the HRE won't attack. I lose a little more war enthusiasm than they.

Then the Bulgaria bug happens again, I am suddenly at war with Bulgaria which is revolting, and the other diplomatic play is gone. I kept my infamy from it though... :(
 
Ah, no! It seems the revolt triggered when Africa gave in. Hmmm.
 
The HRE wants to cut us down to size again.

This happens as we recently took Great Britain's place as #1 world power. But we also have no railroads yet, the tech is 1-2 months away. We also have built some 60? 80? Barracks recently.

The war sent us into default and cost us about 1/3rd of our GDP. But we got a white peace, again.:p

Not sure how to get out of this hole. I was ca 300 in surplus bureaucracy when the war started. When I got into default it fell to this, and I cannot get it up again.

I believe I will end it here......and start a new game in the new 0.11 edition of the mod. :D

Indeed they do. And as I said in the post above, this is not the start, it's the end due to problems with the save. :)
