After playing the AGOT mod for a while I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that it has become my favorite mod out there, so much so that vanilla CK2 now seems quite dull in comparison. For all the good things I can say about this mod however there is one thing that has been bothering me since I started playing it and that is the levy reinforcement rates of the mod. I realize that the mod developers lowered the reinforcement rates in order to make the game more realistic and challenging with troops taking a significantly longer time to replenish as they would in real life. The one thing I can't understand however is why it only applies to my personal levies while the AI's levies seem to be replenishing at the same rate as vanilla CK2. If some high lord and I go to war and I beat him using my personal levies, his troops would completely replenish after one year or so while mine would barely increase by a few hundred in the same time span. I thought the decreased reinforcement rate would apply to everyone but it seems to me that only the player feels the effects and I can't help but wonder if that is the way it was meant to be. I wouldn't mind as much if everyone had the same rates, might even make the game more fun and challenging by forcing the players to rethink their strategies because armies would take many years to be back in full force.
