Lighting spell on formorians=runtime error=CTD?

On XP SP3, Minimal settings. got the CTD numerous times at the same battle and the first battle I used the spell on formorians. Intrestenly, on Sulla it worked without problems..
UPD: a "blast" spell gives the same CTD

I have a similar problem, XP with SP3 too. Lots of runtime errors, but in the battle for the blight of dunmonia, enemy hero casts a spell at the beggining of the battle, and...blam! Runtime error...every single time.
Maybe it is his special spell

PD:seriously, is annoying me, I can't go further than that battle...

Same for me. I've postet a couple of times. Having this problem since patch 02. Apparently they're unable or unwilling to solve this problem. A 40 EUR game which is unplayable. Sucks. :glare:

Same problem: runtime error whenever my side or my opponent casts the lightning spell in battle. And I really don't want to auto-resolve my way through the game.

And you can't autoresolve certains battles, so...

Noticed the 1.1.05 patch. The fact that it doesn't mention runtime errors either in this patch or in the process of being fixed doesn't leave me with very much hope.

We're currently working on fixing the 32bit crashes, yes.

It's not likely unfortunately.

We plan to release the next patch in the coming days. We fixed a couple of serious campaign bugs that were gamestopper for several people, so we decided to release a patch even if we are not yet ready with the 32bit crash fix. It is still being worked on, so maybe in the patch after the next one.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience this must be causing to you who have those crashes, we'll try to deliver the fix as soon as possible.
