Lines disappearing or self disconnecting

Most of my bus lines, all of my train lines and all of my mono rail lines just disappeared or disconnected themselves

note this all happened after adding a stop to one of my mono rail lines

1. A Paradox Moderator has stated a patch is coming maybe this coming week.
2. Try resetting your roads. Switch types, grass, trees, or normal then back. It helped with my bus lines. My current city does not have trains or monorail, but you might try switching types too.
