I transitioned to Linux a while back. and I recently reinstalled CK2 but it looks bad, as if the terrain is low resolution. Anyway to resolve it and make it look normal?

using Intel integrated GPU, the drivers should be up to date (bundled with the Kernel, and running updated Kernel) and other (non-Paradox) games work fine (HOI4 however has similar graphical issues aswell)
 
This game is not supported on Intel video systems on any OS, I'm afraid.

All you can do is make sure you have the latest Mesa driver version installed, and maybe reduce some of the video quality settings.
