Somewhat pertinent, one feels, to bring to the attention of the community (and the developers, for any ideas it might give them!) just for interest.
News today says that scientists have discovered a subterrenean lake of liquid (if likely very salty) water near the south pole of Mars.
(I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post an external link - as I recall the PDX forums have rules on that - so you can just google "Mars lake BBC" or something and you should find an article. If one of the mods authorises it, I'll put a link in the OP s well.)
