Literally unlimited warscore in subjugation peacedeal exploit

Description​

I'm playing England, about to subjugate Scotland. They have Burgundy in a PU (never seen that before...). They also control 3 Irish provinces.

The subjugation itself costs 90 warscore. Adding 'Release nations' x3 for the Irish lands takes it to around 100 warscore. Then if you reset the peacedeal the warscore goes to -20. Then you have enough warscore to subjugate Scotland and take most of Burgundy too. Repeat the demands. Reset it again and you get -40. Then -60.

Steps to reproduce​

1) Open the save I provided, offer Scotland Subjugation
2) Demand they release the 3 Irish OPMS
3) Clear offer
4) You now have -20 warscore
5) Repeat steps 1-3
6) You now have -40 warscore
7) Repeat steps 1-3
8) You now have -60 warscore, enough to subjugate Scotland, annex the Isles and the Irish, and annex all of Burgundy.
