Lithoids habitability bonus not working

When I discover a world with the science ship, the 50% is correctly displayed. But once I settle that planet, the 50% bonus is lost. I'm using calamitous birth origin and spreading using the meteorites. Other than that everything else about the empire is normal. Thanks

Using the meteorite colony ship removes 50 habitability. So you should only use it on good planets (homeworld biome) or on planets you just want to eat as terravore.
