The corections that should be done:
1) The states (Panevezys "province-403" should be aded to Lithuanian state and Libava "province-400" shoud be aded to Latvian state)
2) Population (In Panevezys all Latvian pops should become Lithuanian catholics and in Libava all Lithuanian pops should become Latvian protestants)
3) From Lithuania should be removed one national province (it is Libava "province-400" and aded to Latvia)

I could send all of these fixes in rar but I do not have a server where to put it so if someone is willing to help me to put these fixes on forum send me a message of your email and I will send you a rar(116KB).

Yeah, it's weird the state Latvia having different provinces from the satellite Latvia :wacko:

In general, the chances for getting stuff into patches are a lot larger if you can refer to credible sources.

If we want to be historically corect Lithuania should be split in to three states: gubernium of Kovno, of Vilno and Suwalki ; Latvia in to two : gubernium of Courland and gubernium of Livonia. Thats how it was in Russian Empire but if we want to be logical and if we want to show Baltic countrys those things should be fixed. Panevezys was Lithuanian teritory since 13 century (the Great Duchy of Lithuania) there lived lithuanians not latvians!!! I do not see any reasons why Panevezys should belong to Latvian state. This thing really bother me
