I made some events, changing the HoS & HoG from CUB, GER and HUN by some fictional characters.
The reasons will still be revealed...

But, the fact is that the events work fine. But if I save the game and reload it, the game changes automatically both positions: HoS & HoG for those countries.
Even if I reload as the same nation and don't change the policy sliders of "democratic/authoritarian" or "left/right", there are other leaders in the place of these that should show up.

I already checked the savegame folder and found out that the rulling cabinet is correct! So, the game is changing back the HoS & HoG when loading the saved game! Weird!!

I though it could be the start/end year of the leaders OR the ideology of them that could be causing this problem; but it's not.

So, I don't know how to keep my new leaders in their positions...

Any suggestions?

The engine removes ministers from a savegame when they are not valid, thats what causes your problem.

Now we only have to figure out why they are not valid.

Check if the ideology fits.
Check if start and end year fits.
Check if the minister id's are in the dormant list in your scenario files, f.e. (if they are you need to wake them in the event that put's them into office.

Wow, it was fast!!!!!

I'm really uncertain about these dormant system.
I was wakening the leader up (at least I think I was...) but I've not added them as "dormant" in any list.

Anyway... I put the start year as 1933 and it seems be working fine now.
