Loaded game through steam onto new Alienware Dell laptop, went to play game and noticed no PM's for glass worked. But the PM's still work on old computer. I have verified files on steam and deleted and reload game., still not working.

PM is a production method. Presumably, the OP is having trouble with the glassworks building.

game/common/production_methods/01_industry.txt looks the same as the attached version. There's effectively 0% chance that different hardware would cause an issue like this. Also, a screenshot of the production methods show it not working would be helpful.- 1
As CaesarVincens said, it is a mod issue (mods made for game versions older than 1.5 will inevitably introduce issues with Production Methods). Make sure to unsubscribe from/disable outdated mods.
