Loading... *CRASH* wtf?

Ok I just installed a new video card. ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, and am testing all my games. Well I went to run up Vicky, and when ever i would click to start my game as belguim or Italy It would just flash twice and then go to the desktop. All my other games work. So i don't know if its the game, the card, or my computer.

So now I can't play my Belguim/Italy games, which is a down right piss off.

1) Rename the AVI folder to AVI_back.
2) Set color depth to 16BIT.
3) Turn off all othe rprograms, Virus protection, ICQ/Messanger, The ATI quick launch that is in your system tray.

Where might I find this AVI folder. I set it back to 16 bit but still no luck.

It would be a sub directory in the directory where you installed Victoria.
Something like Programfiles/Paradox/Victoria
