Loads of Questions

I have several questions I need answered, and preferably with some links, or ideas.

1. I'd like for the CSA to start out in 1936 with the rest of the world; FDR is prez up North while Huey Long is down South.

2. I'd like to combine this with Austria-Hungary being intact as a Hapsburg Empire with Otto I at the head.

3. Are there any new graphic mods? Flags/shields? Where would I find them?

EDIT: Gah, that was too fucking demanding -- sorry if my tone is abrasive, but see, I'm trying to write an HoI2 AAR and then turn it into a screenplay...so yea...

Enterprize has a Mod based on Harry Turtledove that has a USA/CSA and the AH Empire

He has some graphics, and I have been making some as well
