Localization patches ?

Will it be possible to get a patch translating from English to French (for example) the English CK version bought on Paradox's on-line shop ?

That would be great to be able to play CK soon and later to have it localized for better comfort !!

I doubt it. The French publisher pays for the translation. I can't see them allow a different publisher (I assume the one Paradox sell is the Scandinavian version) to use that translation without getting something in return...
