I'm making a mod that modifies multiplayer to play more like an RPG, over a long period of time (hosted 24/7) where players can join at any time and make a new empire. I am trying to enable players to make their own empire when they join (rather than choosing a nonexistent AI). Where can I find and modify the code dealing with this?
