I was in the process of making one, but China is an exotic nation and her research is non exsistant. Also they can't upgrade their forts beyond the first level and if you switch thier tag with other nations tag then their uniqe army graphics disappear.
The beat thing to do if you have some exprience in editing using a text editor. Here how ypu can make your own first make a second copy of the Scenario you want to use then go in chnge it's name make sure that where it says includes that you change that to.After you get that out of the way scroll on down untill you find china and where it says major change the no into yes. And if the reasearch disability is to much for you go and change it to say muslim I think that would be far for china and if you want to conquer all the foriegn devils I find easiest to remove the majors in the save game file.
