hey guys i am looking for a few modifiers but can't seem to find them to mod them into the techs;

Manpower cash, to change the amount free manpower gives in cash
IC factories cost and time, change how much a factory cost and how long it takes to build one
Infrastructure; max level, cost and time to build

Have you checked the misc.txt file in db sub-directory?

IC factories cost and time, change how much a factory cost and how long it takes to build one
Infrastructure; max level, cost and time to build

Check the building_costs.txt file in db sub-directory.

okay that helped with the buildings, not with the manpower and cash, there still isn't anyway i can find to change these with techs ingame

erhm... as i pointed out in the earlier post, i am looking for the way to change them doing the game with techs, not as a universal modifier... :)

there is some effects on the sliders for money from consumer goods i would like to reproduce with techs as well to increase the amount a country get from their consumer goods and also manpower as the game progresses, it is these modifiers i cannot locate the code for...

i want specifically to introduce several techs from 1890'ies and onwards to 1936 on the economic aspect to increase the financial output of consumer goods and ic surplus...

would you do that for single nations or for each nation? (so, for all nations that research a specific tech or not?)

i am thinking of going for each nation so that you can model the different economies 'strenghts' compared to other nations -british compared to say the afgan peoples.

but diffiently adding those to the wish list now
