Hello there,

I'm an amateur writer (and CK2 fan) who, like many of us, has been bored in Quarantine. I'm interested in the idea of writing a mod for the game (I have several ideas) but don't know the first thing about programming. I was thinking that we could do a thing where I write out all the events and such for a mod, and you could program it in. I can't promise any money (I'm not getting paid either) but if a way to monetize modding is found you will obviously get 50%. I'd like to start with a small-scale flavor mod, but eventually we could get some other people on board and maybe even make a full conversion mod or similar. Message me if you're interested in such an arrangement.

Thanks.

Try modding yourself. You may find that for any remotely fun mod, writing texts is not nearly 50% of the workload; compared to the effort it takes to script everything in and make all systems work properly.

Okay. Again, I'm totally new to this whole scene.
That's alright, we all began as newbies. :) Really the best thing to do with your ideas is to try adding them in yourself (there's quite a few guides on the wiki), and then maybe ask for help once you have a better idea what you need.
