I'm aware that with the release of CK3, the CK2 modding community probably has a very small active user base right now, but hopefully someone can help me. I'm trying to alter a mod that alters the appearance of the celts, so that it alters all cultures from older, uglier portrait packs. So far, I've changed the Mongols and West Africans without a hitch. But for some reason, my norse women look like this. And I'm so confused as to why. I've checked and double-checked, and the "noOfFrames =" bit is all correct, and that's the only thing I can think of that could be causing this.

The Norse portraits come with files under portrait_offset that change the position of the sprites. Remove the replaced parts from the files.
Ohh! Never mind, I reread your comment, and now I get what you're getting at. So, clearing out the files completely fixes most of the features, but the ears and hair are still out of alignment. Adding the lines for the ears and hair still don't fix anything.

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix them?
