frankly, im getting really sick of this mechanic of "balancing the galaxy with counter ethics"

literally EVERY start is the same, the first empires you discover are almost ALWAYS generated deliberatly to counter your ethic... which for a game thats about you know, storytelling, is not really engaging if after the 50th galaxy you have literally the same interaction as the 49 times before.

also, clustered and "random" empire placements arent working since release, all they do is change the point of "referece" for the spawnings, instead of acutally placing empires RANDOMLY

so, im looking for a mod that acutally offers a reasonable galaxy creation, is there something like that out there?
