Loss of Save - Temporary Fix

Today I've lost my whole game progress on Survival difficulty because of this issue with saves.. I've reached around week 23 with all 4 keys collected and just before the final heist (for the 3rd item)

Bugs I've encountered so far:

• The game constantly crashes for me
• Losting game progress.. even if I use only one campaign slot as recommended - actually now I cannot save at all as each time I try to save a new campaign, nothing happens.. and guess what happens when a game crash.. need to start fresh
• Game loads with a black screen.. you can play as I can hear the characters moving.. but the screen is just black

I'm interested if we should expect a patch that adresses the save bug, or should we just abandon the game altogether. For me, the game stopped making saves, including autosaves. I can't make manual saves, not even into empty campaigns no matter which previous save I load. This combined with the super-frequent freezes makes the game not difficult, but completly unplayable. Have the developers abandondoned the game altogether, or is there a slight hope that it would be playable in the near future?

I am terribly sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. The devs are working as fast as possible to get a fix live for you guys ASAP. We will let you know as soon as we have an ETA on it!

The Archives - Patch 1.2 will fix some issues regarding crashes and saves. This patch had to be rolled back on Xbox Game Pass due to unforeseen issues. Our team is working as fast as possible to get this update out ASAP. Thank you for staying patient!

Some issues?Thats not very encouraging……I lost my saves about a month ago and still dealing with crashes.The game is unplayable at its current state and thats really sad cause its quite a nice game….

Prior to getting these little warnings, my game would fail as I completed a mission or tried to save. This is not the game pass edition. This is the Nocturne Edition I paid extra for, for pre-ordering and buying the game. In week 36 of the game and it is now unplayable. Heaven forbid you sneeze while playing this game else it will glitch out.

I am annoyed as hell that this game has the problems that it does because I absolutely love this game. I love the characters, the art, the scenery, the overall design of it is gorgeous and dripping with detail. Unfortunately you can't save anything and it will die on you whenever it decides you are either too happy or enjoying your life too much.

I love this game, I bought it for my wife who also loves this game. Now, neither of us play it because of the fact that you can finish the same mission over and over and cannot move forward. Created a new game and guess what? Same problem. Cannot save progress after you play a mission.

How this made it past QA is beyond me. Perhaps they did not play the game long enough to find out how angry they were going to be after the Nicastro Nectar heist.
