My last wife died (she was the one shown in the court window), which made me to loose all bonuses from my other spouses too. Savegame, unfortunately no autosave before she died.
EDIT: It seems only the death of the last spouse (shown in the court window) recalculate the bonuses from wives. Death of another wife on the other hand does not remove her stat bonus.
