Lost massive amount of DLCs after repackaged Steam bundles were released

Could you please share with us your purchase history? We need to check related IDs and it would be very helpful to know which products you have bought (like single products or some bundles or promotional bundles)
Our release manager did check the setting and it looks correct on the steam backend so it´s hard to investigate further without additional details
 
Could you contact Steam support on this one? Maybe there is some glitch from the change, as we did not delete anything so it shouldn´t result in product disappaearnce
 
I´m sorry for the lack of information before Christmas, but I got very sick and mostly stayed in bed during this period.
Our support and release team is looking into this issue, sorry for all the inconvenience.
The good news is it should be fixed this week, I´ll post an update here once we do some changes

We are still investigating and we´ve reached out to Steam to see if they can help us spot the error. I understand it´s very frustrating situation especially in holidays period

Hey, everyone - I know how disappointing it must be to suddenly lose access to DLC you've bought, especially when you've been wanting to get some EU4 time in on the holidays, and we're really sorry about that.

It's something we're taking very seriously, and I've personally been watching staff like @Rossarness (who's been in this thread) and our release manager work to resolve this even over their holiday period. As you may have guessed, it's turned out to be less straightforward than we'd hoped, and the need for Steam to investigate the matter on their end means that things have progressed much slower than we'd like.

Thank you for providing all the information you have so far as it's been invaluable to the investigation, and we encourage you to update us with anything more that you may have. We're all keeping a close eye on this thread and will keep you updated to the best of our ability, and we appreciate your patience and understanding here, even though I can understand it's frustrating.

EDIT: Nvm, thought I was responding to the previous post about the 100 Years' War unit pack still missing. Fantastic that it's working for you, and thank you so much for your patience.

If others in this thread could verify their files and check again and let us know if you have any luck, that would be great.

Your disappointment is understandable and we are sorry it took a while to resolve. We're working with Steam to continue our investigation and are doing our utmost to ensure similar issues won’t arise again - of which we are ultimately quite confident.
