Lost techs when I became a King

I decided to play around with CK again last night. I started as Duke of Apulia and when I became King of Sicily all of the advances I had made were lost.

I am playing DV with the most recent Beta patch and I saved/reloaded after creating the Kingdom.

Maybe because your capital changed once you became king ? Since advances are tied to provinces not to realms.

Ah-ha I'll bet you are right. The capital did move from Apulia to Foggia, I will check it out later.
