Low Quality Low Quantity food event bugged

Despite lowering the policy of food to low the event still calls every 5 ingame hours to fine me for not doing as asked.

I couldn't fix it but I did manage to remove the event, which would be a quick fix for anyone who isn't playing on unlimited funds (I think you get fined a few thousand every 3 hours otherwise). I found the below information on a post in the steam discussions.

You can try editing your save at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\saves. I had this same issue just now, and I removed all active events from the save file.

Open the save file in question, then do a CTRL+F search for "ActiveEvents". Under that line there should be a line that says "Size". Change the number after it to zero. Then below that there are the events, each looking like this:

BEGIN "[i 0]"
Id 13
Type 6
Extreme false
Timer 228.8206
Counter 0
Data 0
BEGIN Objects END
END

Remove these lines, and these lines only and you should be good. Didn't cause me any issues yet and I got rid of the stuck events.

This bug Has still not been fixed... I now have to restart the game that I've spent hours on.... I have tried everything including changing the regime eating times. I think this bug happened because I had the nutritional grant in progress, and even after I canceled it the game wont associate the change with the ceo's demands
