MaA size count overstated

Description​

Upon adopting the Longbows tradition, it appears that I have been provided 2 extra regiments for Siege weapons and heavy infantry, both which should not be impacted by the tradition. Screenshot attached showing traditions and culture tech, alongside the military screen showing regiments allowed - 7 for siege and heavy infantry when only 5 should be expected.

Steps to reproduce​

Adopting longbow tradition after having the mustering grounds innovatoin. Once innovation was complete, it showed the extra MaA size available.
