Basically the situation is this. I have DAIM installed as well as the most recent patch. When I click to play HoI the window comes up asking if I want it windowed or not. I say no as my screen is not big enough to have it windowed. As soon as it launches the whole screen turns grey. The sound still works and once I can tell the main menu has loaded by the music I press escape and It switches back to my desktop. I have tried it in windowed mode and it works fine. I have tried reinstalling playing without DAIM and the patch it doesn't work! Help!
