Like a few others, I wasn't too impressed with the MAD-2R introduced in the 1.9 update. It gets +30 heatsinking, but loses 2 ballistic slots which hurts its ability as a headhunter.
I've made a very simple mod that adds back 1 ballistic slot. This should make the 2R more comparable with the regular Marauder. You don't need Modtek or anything fancy; just unzip the file into your mods folder and the game should pick it up.
