Majesty 2 and Kingmaker are available on Steam, but BfA and now Monster Kingdom aren't offered. Are there any plans to sell them through Steam?

If not, what are my alternatives, aside from re-buying the vanilla game and KM? (It would be the third time I'm buying Majesty 2, and while I really enjoy the game, two copies are probably fine ;) -- the first one was a German retail version that didn't have an English option.)

It has been stated before that it is up to Steam to carry the Majesty expansions. The question should be directed to them. Steam tends to wait quite a while before offering an expansion for the Majesty series, and then wait quite a while to release patches for them as well. Not sure why anyone would want to deal with that plus their software that runs in the background, instead of GamersGate which does none of those things.

you could try to register the already owned game within impulse. if that works, you might be able to buy the expansions and install them? If you can register the game with impulse, try if you can download/install it itself. if that works, the expansions certainly should too.
Its not perfect (dlc shop is disabled), but at least impulse releases the games quite fast.

I can confirm that Mivo is correct.
Oranisagu, are you talking about registering M2 and king-maker on impulse? that seemed to be a rather awkward workaround. we got M2 and K-M on steam because we use steam, having to get impulse too kind of defeat the purpose.

well, I assumed the purpose was, as mivo said, to get all expansions running without having to re-buy the already purchased game/expansion ;-) It might be awkward, but if it works at least it doesn't cost. As I said, I have no idea whether its possible to register steam-games in impulse, but I'd say its worth a try at least and I personally wouldn't count on steam releasing the add-ons anytime soon, as they've proven not to care that much about majesty 2.

Sadly, registering the games in Impulse didn't work for me. :( I'll send a ticket to Steam and ask about the expansions. I half expect that they'll tell me that it's the publisher's decision, but at least then we can go from there. :)

Well, I bought Majesty 2 via Steam and recently thought I'd look into the expansions. I have just registered my Majesty 2 copy with Impulse and am now installing it from them. If it works, I might get the expansions from them.
