OK, i am a die hard HOI2 player been playing it from the front, played HOI2DD with no problems, then I buy Arma online through gamersgate, well let me start off by saying my internet explorer is very screwed up and wont work, so i use firefox, well i downloaded gamersgate on my laptop which is where i wanted to play it on and gamersgates software would open with a page that says this program cannot display the webpage, its in internet explorer that whats saying the page issue is, so after many refreshes and stuff i said screw it, downloaded on my computer no issues, installed the patches and then being my techy self i transfered the entire HOI2 folder to my laptop, ok so i have to open the folder up to start the game, but thats ok the game works fine except one issue, i cant play multiplayer, if i try to join a multi game it says uncompatible version, so i checked and we have the same version same 4 letters also and i never messed around in editor, i have no problem playing the game singleplayer or even LAN with my friend but when i start the online multiplayer i cant join any game, I would like to know if theres another website i can buy arma from and then just wipe out HOI2 of my computer and reinstall everything, or if i can get a CD from paradox or somethin. I know its long, any help would be appreciated.
