Had intended to DOW SOV first but forgot which is how I disvovered this bug.
Playing Japan - Japan in NOT part of the Axis - Japan just dow'd Communist China (to get my org up before attacking SOV). Communist China is not in an Alliance with SOV or anyone. I do not have military access to SOV. I made a paratroop assault on SOV. Troops landed safely. Territory still shows SOV. No troops in these territories(they are all fighting the Germans). Saved so I could give you a copy if you want it. Then went back and DOW'd SOV. Territories with paratroops become mine. Not only a bug but a major exploit.
