Forgive me if this has been posted. The lack of a search function makes doing anything other than scanning the first page or two incredibly tedious.
This is very easily reproduced. Start a game as any count and use the byzantine cheat to make things easier. Declare war on a pagan, then as a peace settlement make it say "we will submit to become their vassal." This is the end result when they accept:
You can also revoke pagan titles from pagan vassals, so you can become the "King of Tavasts" by revoking that title from your new pagan vassal. I'm not inherently against that part (I could totally see a Christian lord vassalizing a pagan and insodoing laying legitimate claim to a pagan title), but the part about submitting causing them to become YOUR vassal is very odd and definitely a bug.
