I have just discovered a major bug which merges elements from one game save to another including buildings, roads and canals.

How I achieved this bug in 2 steps (works 100% of the time).
1. I launched the game and loaded up a save on a Snowfall map with a population of around 250K
2. Quickly paused the game after it loaded and selected to load a different save on an Industries map with a
population of only 36K

It seems that when loading into the second save not all objects from the first save are removed properly as the buildings that are copied over have missing parts. I let it play for a few minutes and there were buildings being constructed where there were no roads. This suggests the painted tiles were also carried over to the second save although they are not visible.

Reloading the second save seems to fix the issue though. I have attached a handful of screenshots of the bug.

I have no clue how it took this long to discover. I doubt it'll getfixed with this upcoming update though as it has most likely been sent off for certification by Xbox and PlayStation. It should still be a priority to fix this bug in the update after though.

I thought I'd bring this up again so it can be seen as this is still an issue after the latest update.

It seems that the issue is caused by the game still loading in assets for the 1st save even after the loading screen is completed. I also noticed that with this bug it actually creates canals in the 2nd save as in my 1st save I don't have any canals. This also seems to occur only when the 1st save has very large city a lot of assets (roads, vehicles, buildings, trees, parks, civilians, etc).
