So this one is a pretty big oversight. We have a system of colonists who have preferences, quirks and flaws, which heavily contribute to the success or failure of a colony - but if I actually want to review a colonists preferences, I have to have a spare rocket at earth ready to launch, click on passenger rocket and then individually check job specialisations and perks/flaws for preferred activities. Having a very general overview of all present colonists doesn't help at all. I can't just select all botanists or engineers and then check for flaws, but have to hunt down every single colonist and check and re-check their stats. There are no tootips when hovering the mouse above a flaw or specialisation that actually tells me what they want without going to the passenger rocket screen.
