Make console commands available by default like all other paradox games

I don't think i need to add in more comment to this post, it's just really annoying to have to go to launch options and then google what to write every time i reinstall the game

The issue is that you can just activate it during the country selection screen, so you can pretty much break Ironman, PDX tried to fix it, but failed, so they resorted to locking it.

They shouldn't try to put so much focus on Ironman. I wish the achievements were available outside of ironman. I play single player generally offline.

and if I have to use the console it's because the game has failed basically. Which is the risk of any Paradox game. They are complicated enough to throw out a glitch (Or a null_character, Null_family, etc) and I like having tons of saves to revert back to if things go crazy.
